After twenty years in higher education administration, Sue became a licensed Realtor in 1994 and affiliated with Coldwell Banker Barnes. Achieving success and an appreciation for the real estate industry, she joined Bob Parks Realty, LLC in 1999. There she found a home and was named Managing Broker of the Hermitage/Mt. Juliet office in 2003.
She is the recipient of the Greater Nashville Area Association of Realtors Educational Achievement Award for 1994 and 2004 and holds the real estate designations of Graduate of the Realtor's Institute and Accredited Buyers Representative. As a member of the Greater Nashville Association of Realtor and Eastern Middle Tennessee Association of Realtors, Sue currently serves on the Board of Directors for EMTAR and is its President for 2012.
In 2010, Sue returned to her first love, serving the real estate community as a proactive real estate advisor. Staying abreast of current market trends, years of experience and an expansive network, makes her a strong advocate for her client. Her focus is to make the experience less stressful, more fulfilling and very successful.
With a history of community involvement, she has long lasting relationships with various causes and especially enjoys her relationship with the Tennessee School for the Blind where she serves on the Board of Directors of its Friends Foundation. A native of Tennessee, Sue has lived in the Nashville area since 1970 and enjoys a full and happy life with her family and friends. For Sue...it's all good!
